You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.
You must not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems
- Interfere with website operation or security
- Submit false or misleading information

- Use website content for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to misuse project-request or communication channels
3. Project Requests
Submitting a project request through the website does not automatically mean that Ferrous Dynamics has accepted the project.
A project becomes accepted only after the scope, requirements, pricing, timeline, deliverables, and other relevant terms have been mutually agreed upon.
We may decline a project request for technical, practical, scheduling, legal, ethical, or other legitimate reasons.
4. Project Scope
Before development begins, the project requirements should be clearly defined.
Changes to the agreed scope may result in additional development time, additional costs, changes to the delivery timeline, or changes to the final specifications.
Any significant changes should be mutually agreed upon before implementation.
5. Pricing and Payments
Project pricing depends on factors including hardware requirements, components and materials, development complexity, software and firmware requirements, testing requirements, development time, customization, documentation, and delivery requirements.
A quotation or project proposal may specify applicable payment terms.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, work may be paused if an agreed payment is not received within the applicable timeframe.
6. Hardware and Components
Some projects may require electronic components, development boards, sensors, motors, batteries, PCBs, or other hardware.
Component availability, supplier delays, price changes, discontinued products, manufacturing defects, and shipping delays may affect project cost or delivery time.
Where necessary, an equivalent component may be proposed, subject to technical suitability and client approval where appropriate.
7. Testing and Prototypes
Prototype and development projects may require testing, debugging, modifications, and multiple iterations.
While we aim to provide reliable and functional builds, prototypes may require further development before being suitable for continuous or commercial deployment.
The client is responsible for communicating intended operating conditions and requirements accurately.
8. Safety and Intended Use
Projects involving electronics, robotics, automation, machinery, electrical systems, or other physical equipment must be operated responsibly and according to appropriate safety requirements.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, Ferrous Dynamics does not represent that a prototype is certified for industrial safety applications, medical applications, life-critical applications, safety-critical control systems, commercial mass production, or regulatory approval.
Additional testing, certification, engineering review, or compliance work may be required before deployment in such environments.
9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Ferrous Dynamics retains rights to its pre-existing designs, reusable code, methods, tools, frameworks, templates, and technical knowledge.
- Client-specific deliverables will be handled according to the intellectual-property terms agreed for the particular project.
- Third-party libraries, hardware designs, software, and other materials remain subject to their respective licenses.
A project payment does not automatically transfer ownership of every underlying tool, library, method, or reusable component used during development.
10. Client-Provided Materials
If you provide files, designs, code, documents, images, or other materials for a project, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permissions to provide and use those materials.
11. Portfolio and Project Display
Where appropriate, Ferrous Dynamics may wish to showcase completed work, photographs, demonstrations, or general project descriptions in its portfolio or promotional material.
We will not intentionally publish confidential information or private client information without appropriate permission.
If a project requires confidentiality, the client should communicate this before publication or establish appropriate confidentiality terms.
12. Third-Party Services
Projects may depend on third-party platforms, APIs, libraries, hosting services, cloud services, communication platforms, or hardware suppliers.
Ferrous Dynamics is not responsible for failures, outages, policy changes, price changes, discontinuation, or limitations caused by third-party services outside our reasonable control.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ferrous Dynamics will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or unforeseeable losses arising from the use of this website or from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
15. Force Majeure
We will not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, power or internet failures, supplier delays, component shortages, shipping disruptions, government restrictions, cybersecurity incidents, third-party service outages, or other unforeseen events.
16. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to our website or services where necessary because of misuse, violation of these Terms, security concerns, non-payment, or other legitimate reasons.
Termination does not automatically remove obligations that arose before termination.
